All coaches will embrace and uphold the principles outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics and the EMCC Global Code of Conduct, fostering an environment of trust and integrity in their coaching practice.
Coaches will partner with AceUp and will utilize, promote, and deliver on the AceUp platform. All platform feedback will be shared with AceUp directly and not in client facing settings.
Coaches may not utilize third-party AI tools or systems to ensure the confidentiality and security of our processes.
Coaches will communicate respectfully with all AceUp stakeholders, internally and externally, in all forms of communication, including verbal and written correspondence.
Coaches will utilize designated support channels, support@aceup.com, to streamline communication and maintain efficiency for inquiries, assistance and feedback.
Coaches will bring forth any identified business opportunities or recommendations requested of them that extend beyond AceUp's contractual offerings or subscription periods and refer back to the internal team before discussing or agreeing to them with clients.
