# AceUp FAQ

### AceUp FAQ Is coaching confidential?

Yes. What you discuss with your coach stays between you and your coach. Your manager and your company will not see the details of your sessions.

### How often will I meet with my coach?

That depends on your company's program. Your coach or your program admin can confirm your session cadence and how long your engagement runs.

### Can I switch coaches?

If your current coach isn't the right fit, you can request a switch. Reach out to Support, and we'll help you find someone new.

### What is Ally, and where can I use it?

Ally is AceUp's AI coaching companion. It's there to help you reflect, prepare for sessions, and stay engaged with your goals in between. You can reach Ally on web, on mobile, and, if your company has it set up, in Slack or Microsoft Teams.

### Do I need to complete a consultation before choosing a coach?

Not always. Some programs include a short consultation so you can get to know a coach before deciding. Others match you directly. Either way, you'll always have the chance to review who you've been paired with.

### What happens when my engagement ends?

If your company sets up a new coaching engagement for you, you'll go through a short intake again to reconnect with your goals and get matched for the next chapter. In the meantime, Ally stays available to you.
