Connecting your Zoom account to the AceUp platform

If you have your own Zoom account, you have the option to integrate your Zoom account into the AceUp platform. This will allow the meeting details of your Zoom account (e.g. the link to join your Zoom meeting, meeting ID, etc.) to automatically pre-populate whenever you book, confirm, or update a session with your coachee. Without connecting a personal Zoom account, coaches will manually add a video conferencing link to each session,

To integrate your Zoom account, you can go to the Settings section on your Coach Dashboard. Then go to the Conferencing Services tab and click the Connect Zoom button.

You will then be brought to the Zoom interface to complete the account integration process.

After you've connected your Zoom account to the AceUp platform, you will be brought back to the platform with the following updates on the Conferencing Services page:

With your Zoom account connected, the process of attaching the meeting link and joining instructions (if any) to a session is the same as adding a meeting link to a session, except that you can directly choose "My Zoom Account" from the dropdown menu instead of manually adding a link. This will automatically add your Zoom link to the session:
