AceUp aims to provide coaching in the flow of work to be present when coachees need it most. > #### To see if your coachee has access to Flash Coaching, please check their [Coachee Profile](https://help.aceup.com/en/knowledge/how-to-use-the-coachee-profile?hsLang=en). ### **Scheduling a flash coaching session** Flash coaching sessions must be [scheduled by your coachee](https://help.aceup.com/en/knowledge/schedule-a-flash-coaching-session?hsLang=en).  **Coaches are not able to schedule flash coaching sessions on their coachee’s behalf.** ### **![Screenshot 2024-10-25 at 16.12.55](https://help.aceup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-10-25%20at%2016.12.55.png?width=688&height=384&name=Screenshot%202024-10-25%20at%2016.12.55.png)** ### **Responding to a request for a flash coaching session** If the company plan includes our flash coaching offering, your coachee will be able to schedule a  flash coaching session with you at any time, one at a time for each coachee. These sessions can last anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. Unlike a regular 1-1 session, there are no limits on how close to the date and time they can request a session.  Once a session is requested, you will be able to view your next flash coaching session along with all requested 1-1 sessions on your Coach Dashboard.  1. You will receive an email notification informing you about the request 2. To respond to the request click on the email or navigate to your coach dashboard.
