Your coachees might reach out to you for a quick session if they are looking for help thinking through a time-sensitive situation at work. AceUp aims to provide coaching in the flow of work to be present when coachees need it most.

Scheduling a flash coaching session
Flash coaching sessions must be scheduled by your coachee. Coaches are not able to schedule flash coaching sessions on their coachee’s behalf.
Responding to a request for a flash coaching session
If the company plan includes our flash coaching offering, your coachee will be able to schedule a flash coaching session with you at any time, one at a time for each coachee. These sessions can last anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. Unlike a regular 1-1 session, there are no limits on how close to the date and time they can request a session.
Once a session is requested, you will be able to view your next flash coaching session along with all requested 1-1 sessions on your Coach Dashboard.
- You will receive an email notification informing you about the request
- To respond to the request click on the email or navigate to your coach dashboard. On the Requested Sessions tab, you will be able to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the flash coaching session request.
- Click on Confirm and use the conference service of your choice to connect to your session.
- You and your coachee will be notified of how you responded to the session (either confirmed or rescheduled), and you both will receive a calendar invite with the joining instructions sent to you.
Mark a flash session as occurred
Please mark the flash coaching session as "Occurred" the same way you would mark a typical session as "Occurred". To learn more about it please visit this link:
