Data collected for AI experiences
When you engage with AceUp Ally, we will capture only the necessary information to provide a personalized and optimized experience. Aggregated insights may be used to enhance the overall experience across users while maintaining full anonymity.
To provide a personalized experience, we provide our AI systems with a user profile that includes demographic and psychographic information shaped by our competency models. This profile will be updated with new insights that may emerge from your growth journey, such as your engagement history and preferences, to generate tailored chat responses, recommend resources and activities, create individualized nudges, and suggest coaching recommendations. We only use information directly relevant to enhancing your coaching experience and in compliance with our privacy policies and your or your organization’s consent.
When you invite the AceUp Ally Companion to your coaching sessions or engage with Ally Coach chats, the video and transcript of the sessions will be stored. These will be used to process, summarize, and extract key insights for you. Anonymized themes will be used to create aggregated summaries across your peers.
Research Notice:
With your consent, we may retain anonymized and aggregated data to help train our AI models and enhance the overall quality of our services. This data is stripped of personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to individual users. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at support@aceup.com.
Data Privacy and AI Processing
We understand the importance of keeping your data secure and private. To maintain full control over your data, we exclusively use self-hosted instances of AI models rather than directly interacting with third-party hosted models (e.g., those hosted by OpenAI).
This means that all data processed by our AI systems remains within our secure environment and does not get transferred to external servers or companies like OpenAI. Using a self-hosted solution, we ensure that your data is handled according to our strict security protocols and stored and processed solely within our secure infrastructure.
