AceUp Coaches are paid between the 20th and the last day of the month that follows when coaching is delivered.
AceUp Coaches are required to log all coaching sessions through the AceUp platform. We recommend that coaches schedule and run sessions through the platform as it makes tracking coaching delivery as easy as possible for coaches. To learn more about how to use the AceUp Scheduling tools, please click on this link. Once the session is complete, you will be asked to confirm if the session took place. Once you do so, this will log the session in the platform and you will be paid between the 20th and the last day of the month that follows when coaching is delivered. If a client misses a session, please follow these steps.
Logging A Call That Happened Off Platform
If for whatever reason, you are not able to run your coaching session through the AceUp platform you have to complete this form to log the call with AceUp and be paid.
Coaches have until the 5th of the following month to make sure to log in all the sessions delivered the previous month on the platform. For example: if you held a coaching call on September 20th, you have UNTIL October 5th to log the call using this form. If you log the call after Oct 5th you will not be paid until November. We are unable to control when a payment appears in your bank account which is why there can be a range of 10 days.
