As soon as your 360 feedback process is closed, we will generate your report and share it with your coach. You will receive your results during one of the upcoming coaching sessions after you have gone through this process. We estimate it will be on average about 2 weeks before you get your results. Of course, this depends on when your participants complete the survey and when you meet with your coach next.
To expedite the overall timeline, we recommend that you reach out to each of the participants yourself and encourage them to complete the survey. Explain your motivation behind this and the value you will find in it, and you will likely get their feedback sooner!
