AceUp 360: How many people need to provide feedback for me?

We generally recommend a minimum of 6-8 total participants per coachee. We also recommend that you pick the right individuals, including your manager, who you feel will help you get the feedback you’re looking for to learn what you want to learn about yourself. Your manager's feedback is essential because it is a unique angle of perspective that no one else sees you from in your company.
