How To Enable 2-Way Calendar Synchronization

Sync AceUp calendar and external calendars so that AceUp sessions are shown on your calendar, and control how external events impact AceUp availabilities.

External Calendars -> AceUp

Manipulate External Events

You can change the busy/available setting of any imported external events to control its impact on scheduling.

Go to the Availability tab of the Availability section on the Coach Dashboard. All the external calendar events are marked as busy by default, and those timeslots will be shown as unavailable for scheduling.

Toggle to Available to allow your clients to schedule during that timeslot of the external calendar event.

Additional Notes

Clients will NOT see any details of your AceUp events nor your own calendar events. Clients can ONLY see timeslots. Here is an example of the client view:

AceUp -> External Calendars

By default when you sync a calendar, you only allow the external calendar to import events to AceUp. You will need to set up the two-way sync to allow AceUp export sessions to your own calendar.

Click on "Show Advanced Settings: Configure Calendar Sync" for further settings and options.

Choose an existing account from the pop-up window.

Once you have selected a calendar to add AceUp sessions to, you can use the "Change" button to make changes including cancel exporting.

If you want to change the destination calendar account for exporting AceUp sessions, make sure you have the calendar integrated/synced first from the top of the page. Always integrate/sync a calendar first, and then make any advanced setting. For example, a second calendar (didix406@gmail.com) has been integrated first, resulting in the second option in the pop-up window.

Should you have multiple calendars under one account, only the main calendar is available for selecting to add AceUp sessions to.

Here is an example of an exported AceUp session on a Google Calendar, with all the necessary information auto-populated:

Please note: AceUp events on external calendars are read-only. If you edit AceUp events on your other calendars, they will NOT reflect on your AceUp calendar. You will need to edit AceUp events on your AceUp Calendar. Otherwise, it won't reflect on AceUp.
