If at anytime you feel you would like to switch to a different coach please first notify the AceUp Customer Success team, and then follow the below steps on the AceUp platform.
If for any reason you would like to switch to a different AceUp coach, you must first notify the AceUp Customer Success team (customersuccess@aceup.com) in order to be able to do that.
Once your AceUp Account Manager has processed your request to switch to a different AceUp coach and updated your Coachee Dashboard with new coach recommendations, sign in to your AceUp account and go to the 1 to 1 Coaching section of your dashboard. You will immediately see a pop-up window with information about the coach switch process.
You will then see a new tab SWITCH COACHES appear on the 1 to 1 Coaching section of your dashboard. Under this tab, you will be able to view your newly recommended coach options.
You can schedule a free consultation with any available coaches at any time. If you have already had a consultation with your new coach of choice, you can click on the SWITCH TO THIS COACH button at the bottom of that coach’s card to choose that coach.
You will then see a pop-up module requesting that you confirm the action, as well as information about when this coach switch will take place. Coach switch will always take place at the beginning of the next calendar month.
When the coach switch takes place, this new tab SWITCH COACHES will disappear and you will only see and interact with your newly selected coach.
