The Coachee Profile is the new hub for all details related to a coachee's experience on the AceUp platform.
What are the most important elements for Coaches to look at on a regular basis in the Coachee profile?
Basic Information about Coachee
The first place to stop for key coachee details for both onboarding and active coachees is under Your Coachees > View Coachee Profile. At this view you will find information about the coachee's

- Position
- Timezone
- Preferred Language
- Subscription period (ex., the dates their coaching access begins and ends)
- AceUp Implementation and Delivery Manager
- Coaching Package and Program
- Whether the Coachee has access to a complimentary call
- How many sessions they have access to each month (these do not roll over)
- Whether Coachee has access to Flash-coaching sessions
- Whether Coachee is enrolled in a Group Coaching Module
- Status of Coachee’s 360 program
Activity Feed
Coaches also have access to viewing the Activity Feed for their active coachees. In the Activity Feed they can review all actions their coachee has taken, or needs to take, between sessions.

What steps should coaches take to enhance collaboration through the coachee profile?
In this section, coaches will have access to an activity feed that shows them any missed opportunities from the coachee's side. It also allows coaches to encourage the coachee to make the most of all the platform features that are designed to enhance their coaching process. These include

- Seeing whether a coachee's manager has completed their 360 review yet
- When coachee has not completed their most recent Behavioral Change Survey and today is halfway to the due date of the survey
- When the coachee has not completed their most recent Behavioral Change Survey and the due date has passed
- When the coachee hasn't viewed any resources for a week
- There is no new message from both a coach and coachee for a week
- A coachee hasn't shared their goals for the next session up to two days before the upcoming session
- When a coachee didn't share takeaways after their most recent session after two days from when last session was marked as occurred by the coach
- When a coachee has not shared a reflection insight for a week
Getting ready for next session
Coaches can use this section to see whether they have any upcoming session scheduled with an Active Coachee and manage upcoming session(s). From here, coaches can

Review your most recent coaching session
Coaches can review all post-session notes completed after marking a session as "occurred".
