AceUp Intake Survey Report

Learn what our Intake Survey Report is, who has access to the report, where you can find it, and our recommendations for getting the most out of the report.

The Intake Survey Report is only available to coachees who are onboarded after December 2, 2021. For coachees who have already completed their Intake Surveys, let them know that we are working on bringing the report to them soon.

What is an Intake Survey Report?

The Intake Survey report is generated after coachees take their Intake Survey which is a key step in their coachee onboarding process. Information presented in the report is collected from their self-assessment answers to the Intake Survey and from the account setup step of their coachee onboarding.

When you see the Intake Survey Report, it is presented from the perspective of the coachee. Typically it will include:

  • Coachee's basic personal and professional information. We collect such information from the coachee's inputs during their coachee onboarding. This information can help you get to know them before your consultations.
  • Baseline results on Competencies. A summary of the coachee's perspective on how successfully they engage in different leadership behaviors associated with each of the 12 AceUp competencies.

  • Coaching Motivation. The coachee's self-reported level of motivation for coaching and the explanation of the score in their own words.
  • Areas of Focus. What the coachee would like to focus on for their next 3 months of coaching with their coach, to help facilitate and guide development discussions and goal setting.
  • Employee Experience. This can give you insights into how your coachees feel about their team and workplace so that you can help them decide where they most want to explore new approaches.
  • Next steps we recommend after reading the Intake Survey Report.
  • Data insights that are easy-to-read and informative.
  • Coaching Questions that help both you and your coachee reflect as you read through the report.

Who Has Access To An Intake Survey Report?

  • Coachees
  • The coachee's recommended coaches during the coach selection process
  • The coachee's active coach once the coachee has made their coach selection
    • If you are recommended to a coachee but not selected by the coachee, you will lose access to the coachee's Intake Survey Report after the coachee has selected their coach.
    • Once you stop working with a coachee (e.g. the coachee switches to a different coach or ends their coaching engagement), you will no longer have access to the coachee's Intake Survey Report.

The coachee's employer will NOT have access to their Intake Survey Report. Information used and displayed in this report might be consolidated with information from other coachees and shared in aggregate and anonymously with the coachee's employer.

Where Can You Find The Intake Survey Report?

Once you are matched with a coachee, you will receive an email with a link to the coachee's Intake Survey Report.

Once you are selected by the coachee, in the coach selection confirmation email, you will again find the link to the coachee's Intake Survey Report.

After that, you can always access a coachee's Intake Survey Report on your coach dashboard. Go to the "Your Coachees" section on your Coach Dashboard. Find the coachee based on their status and click on their name. When you are in a coachee's profile page, go to the "Assessments" tab on to find the report anytime during their AceUp coaching engagement. Please note the new Intake Survey Report will live in the platform, rather being sent to you as a PDF or slide deck.
