To meet security and compliance standards, we’ve introduced a one-time login setup to make sure you’re connected to the correct login experience for your organization. Don’t worry—it only takes a minute, and we’ll walk you through it step-by-step.
Step 1: Enter Your Work Email
To start, you’ll be asked to enter the primary email address you use for the AceUp platform (usually your work email). This step helps us match you with the correct login experience for your organization.
-
Go to https://app.aceup.com
-
Type in your work email and click Continue
-
You’ll be automatically redirected to your organization’s login page
💡 Why this step matters: Some organizations use a secure method called SSO (Single Sign-On) to let you log in using your work credentials. This email helps us get you there.
Your login preference is saved in your browser, so you won’t need to do this again unless your browser history or cookies are cleared.
Step 2: Log In with Your Company’s Method
After entering your email, you’ll land on the correct login page for your account. You’ll either:
-
Log in with SSO: You’ll be redirected to your company’s login page (for example, Google, Microsoft, or another provider). Just use your usual work credentials.
-
Log in with username and password: If your company doesn’t use SSO, you can log in using the email and password you created for AceUp.
🌍 Special Note for International Users
Some countries require that data about their citizens be stored within the country. If your company falls under these rules, don’t worry—we’ll automatically redirect you to the correct login experience based on your location and company settings.
Troubleshooting Tips
Problem: You landed on the wrong login page and can’t access your account?
This can happen if the saved login preference in your browser is incorrect.
How to fix it:
-
Open this link: https://app.aceup.com/logout
-
Enter your work email again to reset your login path
