Login Compliance Requirements

To meet current compliance requirements, you will have a unique one-time login experience. In this article, we will describe the different options based on your account needs.

Step 1. Provide your primary account-related email address for the Aceup Platform

For one-time and to ensure your account is updated, please enter the primary account-related email address for the AceUp platform. You will then be redirected to the main login page, where you will be asked to enter that same primary email address again. 

This information will allow the platform to redirect you to the correct login page. This preference will be stored locally in your browser and will be requested again if you have cleared such storage.


Step 2. Login using SSO or user and password method

Here we will explain the different requirements you might need to be aware of when trying to log in to your account.

Accounts with Data Residency Requirements

Depending on where a company is operating from, a country might require to keep data about its citizens on servers located in that country. We have updated our experience to redirect users to the correct location-based login flow given these regulatory requirements.

💡 Troubleshooting tip: I accidentally landed on the wrong login page and I'm unable to access my account. 

If you are unable to log in, a possible cause is that you accidentally landed on the wrong login page. To re-update your account information on your browser, please type https://app.aceup.com/logout and provide your primary account-related email address for the AceUp platform again.
