Reschedule a Coaching Session

Clients can reschedule a coaching session from their AceUp platform if a conflict arises.

If you change your mind after a coaching session is confirmed on the dashboard, you can reschedule for another date through the AceUp platform.

  • After logging in to the platform, go to your dashboard and then go to 1 to 1 Coaching by choosing the first option on the left-side menu bar.
  • Click RESCHEDULE on the session card and pick a new availability that works for you.
  • Your coach will either confirm the new time through their dashboard or suggest another time if for any reason the time that you proposed doesn’t work.

  • Keep in mind that if you need to reschedule a session within 24 hours of the session starting time, you must reach out directly to your coach at AceUp. Unless there is an unexpected emergency, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of an appointment; otherwise, the session will be fully charged.

Canceling a session 

You can cancel a coaching session up to 24hs before the meeting. Click on the "x" button and leave a message to your coach to provide context about your change of plans.

You and your coach will be notified by email and your calendar invites will be canceled.
