DURING CONSULTATION
- Enjoy the process of getting to know the coach, and having the coach get to know you.
- Be open to feeling out the chemistry between you and the coach.
- Be ready to share what you hope to achieve from the coaching engagement and ask the coach how they would help you get there.
- Consider aligning on:
- Preference of time of day to meet
- Your learning style (e.g. structured or unstructured, assignments or no assignments in between sessions)
