Team and Group Coaching Sessions: RSVP and Calendar Invites

Please find all the steps here to RSVP and ensure your Team or Group coaching sessions are on your calendar

Once you've been enrolled in a collective coaching module (Team or Group) you will receive an email notification from no-reply@aceup.com. For any sessions that are already scheduled you will receive calendar invites right away, and for additional sessions you will receive a notification and calendar invite once they are scheduled.

There are 2 important steps to ensure that you are able to participate to the fullest:

1. RSVP for the session(s)
2. Ensure the session(s) is on your calendar.

RSVP for the session(s): To RSVP for the session(s) follow the prompts in the email from no-reply@aceup.com or on your AceUp dashboard navigate to:

• 'Collective Coaching', then
• 'Sessions' where you can RSVP for each of your upcoming sessions.

It is important to RSVP for each session so your team or group and coach have an accurate expectation of who will be joining, and can plan and start the session accordingly. 

Ensure the session(s) is on your calendar: For most email tools you will receive a smart invite that will land directly on your calendar.

 

If that is not the case you can download the invite for each session from your AceUp dashboard to your calendar by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the 'Collective Coaching' tab.
2. Click on the 'Sessions' tab where you'll see each of the sessions for your module.
3. Click 'Details' for each session. Here you'll be able to download the calendar invite for each session to your respective calendar tool.
