# Team Coaching Post-Session Notes - Client View of Team Progress

## Client administrators have the ability to view the baseline and progress for any of their team engagements in real time on their Company Dashboard.

The Team Progress section of their Company Dashboard provides real time insights from the team coaching engagement based on team members’ answers to their Team Compass and post-session notes provided by the coach.  

When you as the team coach enter in your post-session notes, the data updates in real time to give the client company insight into what is happening in the sessions.  For this reason, it is critical that your post-session notes are as detailed as possible, and that we make you aware of the way this information is surfaced this to the client.
