The Team Progress section of their Company Dashboard provides real time insights from the team coaching engagement based on team members’ answers to their Team Compass and post-session notes provided by the coach.
When you as the team coach enter in your post-session notes, the data updates in real time to give the client company insight into what is happening in the sessions. For this reason, it is critical that your post-session notes are as detailed as possible, and that we make you aware of the way this information is surfaced this to the client.
