Join your team members in providing an accurate view of where your team is as you begin your Team Coaching journey!

Understanding everyone's view of the dynamics, strengths, and opportunities of your team is a crucial step in the coaching process. To accomplish this, we invite you to participate in the AceUp Team Compass.

How to join and share your team's perspective?

  1. Set up your account. AceUp will send you the invite to join the Platform. Follow the link from the invitation email and setup your account.

  2. Login to the Platform. After account setup, you need to log in and you will be on your Getting Started page where you can complete your Team Compass survey designed to help you to understand your teams' current state.

  3. Check the Team Report. To understand the team dynamics you also will have an option to view the Team Report as soon as your team is passed through the assessment.

Notes: The report will be available to you once your Team Compass survey is completed and at least 4 team members have responded to the survey.

It is also possible that you will be assigned several Team Compass assessments if you are a member of several teams such as Leadership, Engineering, and Product. You will be able to assess each of them separately. The onboarding process will consist of several sections, and each survey will have the team name indicated above. Please consider your team's behaviors when responding to each of the surveys.
