Session scheduling for Team Leaders

If you are the Team Leader of the Team module, scheduling a session on the platform is simple and allows you to view the calendar of your team coach and find the best time.

Follow the steps below to schedule a session:

Step 1: Log in to the Platform

  • Access your account by entering your login credentials.

Navigate to the Collective Coaching tab.

Step 2: Start Scheduling a Session

  • Click the Schedule New Session button.
  • Choose the type of session:
    • Alignment with Your Coach (for one-on-one discussions with your coach)

Collective for All Team Members (for team-wide coaching sessions)

Step 3: Select a Time Slot and Finalize Details

  • Browse your coach’s available slots and select a time that works best for you and your team.
  • Add a session agenda to outline key discussion points.

Confirm the details and click Schedule Session.

Step 4: Managing Your Scheduled Sessions

  • Your scheduled sessions will be displayed on the Collective Module Dashboard.
  • You will receive an invite with session details.
  • If needed, you can update the session time.

Important Notes on Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, ensure you discuss and agree on a new time with your coach before making changes on the platform.
