# Team Leaders Can Schedule Team and Alignment Sessions

## As a coach, you may work with team leaders who schedule sessions on behalf of their teams. This guide will help you understand how team leaders can book coaching sessions with you and what to expect.

#### **How Team Leaders Schedule Coaching Sessions**

Team leaders can schedule coaching sessions directly through the platform. Here’s how they do it:

### **Step 1: Accessing the Scheduling Page**

- Team leaders log in to their account and navigate to the **Collective Coaching** tab.
- They click on **Schedule New Session** to start the booking process.

### **Step 2: Selecting the Session Type**

Team leaders have two options when booking a session:

1. **Alignment Session** – A session between the team leader and the coach.
2. **Team Coaching Session** – A group session that includes multiple team members.

### **Step 3: Choosing a Time Slot**

- The team leader selects an available time slot from your calendar.
- They can also provide a **session agenda** to help guide the discussion.

### **Step 4: Confirmation & Notifications**

- Once scheduled, the team leader and all invited participants will receive a **calendar invite** with session details.
- You will also receive a **notification** confirming the session.

#### **Managing Scheduled Sessions**

- **View Upcoming Sessions**: You can find all scheduled sessions in your **Coach Dashboard** under the **Collective Coaching Sessions** tab.
- **Rescheduling**: If a team leader reschedules a session, they can choose a new available time, and you will receive a notification along with an updated invite. We kindly request that team leaders consult with their coaches before making any changes to the session.
- **Session Preparation**: Reviewing the team leader’s provided agenda ahead of time ensures productive discussions.
