Log Into Your Dashboard
Log into your account by entering your company email and your password from the login page.
The 1 to 1 Coaching Section
In this section, you can manage anything related to your coach, coaching programs, and coaching sessions. You will see a card of your coach with their profile picture, name, coaching program, and session information. Message your coaches or view their profiles by clicking on icons on the card.
Schedule Complimentary Consultations
Depending on the type of AceUp coaching engagement your employer has selected, you will often have the opportunity to conduct complimentary consultations with recommended coaches before selecting your coach. If this applies to you, you can schedule 30-minute complimentary consultations by clicking on REQUEST CONSULTATION. You will then be prompted to pick a date and time. The coach will then either confirm your proposed date and time, or suggest a different one.
Select a Coach
After completing consultations and when you are ready to select a coach to work with, click on the orange SELECT THIS COACH button that has replaced the REQUEST CONSULTATION button in order to officially select your coach.
Scheduling a Coaching Session
To schedule your first and ongoing sessions with your coach, click REQUEST NEW SESSION.
You will then see the calendar view where you can book time, based on your coach’s availability.
Once you have proposed a date and time to your coach, your coach will either confirm what you have proposed or discuss with you about another time to reschedule. You can also reschedule or cancel a session at any time up to 24 hours before your original session. Your session card will update with the newly scheduled session information, coaching program information, as well as the different statuses of your session requests or sessions. We encourage you to keep active communication with your coach about scheduling.
To schedule the remaining sessions of your coaching program, follow the same procedure. You and your coach can schedule multiple sessions at once.
