For the coachees that are matched with you and coachees you are actively working with, you can view their Coachee Profile - Assessments tab to see all of their key assessments, as well as their status, results and reports.
Access and Permission to Coachee Profile
When you log in to your AceUp dashboard and click on Your Coachees, you can see a list of coachees categorized by 3 tabs:
- IN COACH SELECTION: Coachees that are matched with you and are currently going through their coach selection processes
- ACTIVE: Coachees who are actively working with you at this moment
- INACTIVE: Coachees who have worked with you in the past or those who did not select you as their coach.
To view an individual coachee's profile, click on the coachee's name and the coachee profile will open up in a new tab.
- The coachee profile is read-only.
- You can view any coachee's profile if they are in the "IN COACH SELECTION" and "ACTIVE" tab. Once a coachee has moved to the "INACTIVE" tab, you no longer have access to their coachee profile.
Coachee Profile - Assessments Tab
In the Assessments tab, you will find a list of key assessments throughout their AceUp coaching journey for a coachee: Intake survey, Quarterly Leadership Self-Assessment and 360.
On the list, for each assessment, you will find:
- The name of the assessment
- Due date
- Completed date
- NOT STARTED
- IN PROGRESS
- COMPLETED
- OVERDUE
- SELF-ASSESSMENT COMPLETED: Only applicable to 360 when only the self-assessment is completed
For the actions column, you will find that there are different actions available for different types of assessments depending on the status:
Intake Survey, Quarterly Self Assessment
- View Result: Once the coachee have submitted their answers to the assessment, you will be able to view the results.
360
- Report in Preparation: The feedback collection phase has been ended. AceUp is preparing the 360 report.
- View Report: Once the report is shared, click to view the 360 report.
Please note that you might find some action buttons or links (e.g. Start Self-Assessment) disabled to you, as they are only available to coachees.
