Only you and your coach see the results for the 360 feedback. Beyond that, you are free to share the results with whomever you like. We encourage you to discuss the results with your coach to help you draft an individual development plan. You may also decide to share it with your manager or a mentor if you are comfortable and discuss your next steps at the organization. We recommend you share it with essentially anyone you believe could provide value to you.
