Coachee Status Definitions

AceUp uses coachee usage and timing between calls with coach to assess engagement. AceUp then designates a "Coachee Status" to indicate the health of the engagement.

 

  • Engaged Coachee(s) - Great job with these coachees! This means you are regularly meeting with the coachee and setting a next call on the calendar. For added impact, are they setting goals and making measurable progress? Are any of your coachees coming to the end of their goal?
  • Disengaged Coachee(s) - These coachees don’t have a next call scheduled and have not had a call in more than 2 weeks. Do you have concerns about this coachee? As a reminder, we consider a coachee engagement to be on track if it is meeting at least once a month, setting goals, and having a next call scheduled on the AceUp platform.
  • At Risk Coachee(s) - Is everything ok? We notice that these coachees have not had calls in over a month and don’t have any next calls scheduled. Have you reached out recently to try and re-engage them?
  • Coaching Paused OR Churning - No need to comment this is to ensure coaches know these client statuses.
