When a coachee requests a coaching session or a complimentary consultation, you can accept or reschedule from your coach dashboard.
When a coachee requests a coaching session or a complimentary consultation, you will get an email notification (with the subject line Session Requested). Click on the link in the email, or go to the Sessions section - Requested tab on your coach dashboard, you will see the requested session or complimentary consultation:
The requested date and time are selected by the coachee based on your calendar and availabilities set up on AceUp.
If the requested date and time works for you, simply click on "CONFIRM" and indicate how to connect for the coaching session or the complimentary consultation.
The coaching session or the complimentary consultation will then be scheduled properly for both you and the coachee. You and the coachee will each receive a Session Confirmation email with all the meeting details.
If you need to reschedule with the coachee for a different date and time, we strongly recommend communicating with your coachee through AceUp messages first to agree on a new date and time. You can then click on "RESCHEDULE" to reschedule the coaching session or the complimentary consultation.
Reminders to Confirm Session Requests and Missed Session Requests
If there are session requests waiting to be confirmed on your dashboard, you might receive a 48-hour reminder and a 26-hour reminder. If a session request is not confirmed in time (according to the requested date and time by the coachee), the coaching session or the complimentary consultation request will be deleted. You and the coachee will be able to schedule this session or the complimentary consultation again from the dashboard.
Best Practices
- Make sure your calendar and availability settings on AceUp are always up-to-date.
- Make sure you have your Minimum Scheduling Notice set up properly.
- Always check with the coachee first if a requested session date and time do not work for you, as rescheduling a session request will directly reschedule the session.
