At AceUp, we want to offer clients the best coaches we can find, like you. One way we do that is by helping you grow your business through engagements with our clients that you wouldn’t get on your own. We also want to help you grow as a coach.
Here are some of the ways we offer to do that:
Coaching Supervision: AceUp offers regular Coaching Supervision calls from our own certified CS, Jim Lopata. These calls are a great chance to share ideas and techniques with other coaches and to get support on norms/standards/ethics, learning best practices, and supporting ourselves as the instruments of coaching.
Coach Summits: In November, 2019, AceUp held its first Coach Summit in its Boston headquarters. Over 40 coaches from across the country gathered to learn more about what’s on the horizon for 2020 and to share ideas around questions such as “How do I convert more consultation calls?”, “What is outstanding coaching?”, and “What are your favorite processes/methodologies to capture and track coaching goals?” Coaches told us they love being part of the growing community, and the response has been so overwhelmingly positive that we are planning to make this a regular event for our coaches.
Group Coaching Programs: In addition to the individual engagements with clients in the Seats model, we have been getting more and more business with companies that want to upskill their managers and leaders through a combination of coaching and training, supported by 1-on-1 coaching. Through these Coaching Accelerator programs, we will be offering more chances for our expert coaches to both coach individuals and lead group trainings on modules and competencies that our clients are asking us for, including Growth Mindset, Difficult Conversations, Diversity & Inclusiveness, and Team Management, among others.
A Community Of Coaches: Most of our coaches are solo practitioners who excel in their practices, but value chances to network, collaborate, and learn from other coaches. What we’re hearing from our coaches is that they love this and the chance to collaborate on group engagements and learn while doing.
Coach Development Workshops: Led by Jim Lopata and a variety of experts, these monthly calls provide opportunities to learn best practices and uplevel your coaching practices.
AceUp Newsletter: This is your monthly compendium of all things designed to set you up for success at AceUp. They include success stories, latest research and resources, all the important upcoming events, and other useful information.
Commission for new business: If you bring a new company contract to AceUp, you can earn up to 10% for the first year of the contract. This is a great opportunity for engagements that are bigger than your individual capacity can handle, and a great chance to raise the whole community of AceUp coaches. We’ve already had several coaches take advantage of this amazing opportunity.
Business Development calls: These calls happen on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 11 am ET. Run by our Head of Coaching Opps, Rach SebellShavit, they cover everything and more that you want to know about how to build your business with AceUp.
