How do I know how many sessions per month my coachee has access to?

Coachees on the Seats Model have access to a designated number of sessions per month. This is visible from their Session Card on your AceUp dashboard.

Certain functions on your dashboard are not available nor relevant to Seats Model Coachees:

  • The "Offers" section
  • Payment plan
  • Sending direct links to schedule or book sessions via an AceUp message
  • Sending direct links to request reviews from your client via an AceUp message (please contact your account manager for requesting reviews from corporate clients)

If you are a new coach as of Jan 1st, 2020, you only have Seats Model Clients

Other functions on your dashboard stay the same between how you would use with Marketplace and Seats clients:

  • Messaging a client
  • Remote coaching
  • the "CRM", "Availability", "Resources" and "Setting" sections on your dashboard

 

What's Different? Session Cards and Scheduling Sessions

Session Cards

On a session card of a session with a corporate client, you will see additional information about the type of coaching program your client and the business are in, as well as session allowance. Please check with your AceUp account manager if you are not clear about that.

Scheduling Sessions

  • For corporate clients, you will never be able to schedule a session into a date & time in the past.

The rest of scheduling sessions and session management is the same as with non-corporate clients.

 

For instruction on how to use a specific feature or a section of your dashboard, please refer to the "Resources" section on your dashboard.

 

Managing Session Count For New Clients

We want to ensure that clients have a great onboarding experience and get off to a great start with their chosen coach after completing their complementary calls with their suggested coach matches.

 

If the new coachee chooses their coach before 15th of the month and:

  • only has 1 - 55 min session in the 1st month →  they pay full price
  • Has 2 - 55 min sessions in the 1st month → they pay full price

 

If coachee chooses coach after 15th of the month

Customer Success is clear in explaining during the onboarding process that if they proceed with any sessions in that month they will be billed in full even if they can’t schedule a 2nd session in this first month. Coachee must agree before proceeding with booking any sessions with coach.

If coachee has:

  • 0 - 55 min sessions (delays starting sessions until following month) → credit to coachee’s company if under contract. If not under contract, not a billable month.
  • 1 - 55 min session in the 1st month → pay full price (No credit for sessions unused)
  • 2 - 55 min sessions in the 1st month → pay full price
