You can overwrite your already setup availabilities at the moment of scheduling.
If you realize the availability you set up is preventing you from scheduling a session at a specific date and time, click on "Find a different time in your calendar"
You can then enter the date and time you want to schedule and overwrite your existing availability. The overwrite will not impact your availability setting. In this example below, you can see that despite that there is no availability set for Friday, Feb 7th from 6pm to 7pm, the coach can still schedule the session for that time. Click CONFIRM to finish schedule the session.
The only exception is that already scheduled AceUp sessions cannot be overwritten.
