You and your coach can now schedule multiple sessions in advance.
Schedule Multiple Sessions in Advance
You and your coach can now schedule more than one session at once as in advance. The only limitation is that you can not exceed the limit of sessions for each month. You will be able to view your next session, all future sessions, your monthly session limits as well as how many sessions you still have for a particular month at any given time on your 1 to 1 Coaching section.
Request sessions
- Go to the "1 to 1 Coaching" section on your Coachee menu.
- Click "REQUEST NEW SESSION".
** Depending on how many sessions you've had in total and in the current month, the 1 to 1 Coaching may look slightly different from the screenshot above. - Select the date & time. Click "CONFIRM".
- The requested session card will appear under the coach card, with all the session details and the status of the requested session.
- Once your coach confirms the session request, the session status will change to "upcoming session".
- If you need to request another session in advance, simply click on the "REQUEST NEW SESSION" button and repeat the process above. You can request more than one session at once as long as not exceeding the monthly session limit. Whenever you send a new request, you can always know which session of a month you are requesting for.
Sessions scheduled by your coach
- If your coach schedules a session for you, the session card will directly appear on your dashboard marked as "upcoming session".
- If you need your coach to schedule more than one session at once for you, your coach can do that on their end as long as not exceeding the monthly session limit.
Here is an example showing multiple sessions scheduled and requested with different session statuses on your 1 to 1 Coaching section. As you can see, you will be able to view the next upcoming session at the top, followed by all other future scheduled and requested sessions.
Reschedule A Session or A Session Request
To reschedule a session or a session request, click on "Reschedule" on a session card. You will see the same calendar modal. You can pick a new date and time within the same month, or in a different month as long as not exceeding the monthly session limit. Once you've selected a new date and time, your coach will receive the updated session request. Similarly, your coach is also able to reschedule a session for you.
Scheduling/Rescheduling for a Month Where Monthly Session Limit is Reached
When scheduling or rescheduling, you will not be able to schedule or reschedule a session for a particular month, if the monthly session limited is reached for that month. The monthly session limit is considered as reached in scheduling when the total number of session(s) scheduled, requested, and completed reaches the monthly session allowance determined as part of the coaching program.
- Please note, this calculation is only used for the scheduling purpose. The actual session usage for any month is determined by the number of sessions that actually occurred within that month.
For example, a coachee has the following sessions scheduled, and the monthly session limit is 2 sessions per month:
Schedule a New Session
To schedule a new session, the next available session that the coachee can request will be the second session in February. This information can be found beneath the "REQUEST NEW SESSION" button. When clicking on the button, you will also see the default month is February and the default session to request is Session 2 of 2:
Should the coachee tries to request a session in December, where 2 sessions have already been scheduled, the coachee will not be able to make that request without changing existing sessions in December, as it will be considered as trying to schedule the 3rd session in December. The coachee will see the following message:
You can click on the arrows next to the current month's name to navigate to a different available month to schedule that session.
Reschedule a Session
For instance, if the coachee wants to reschedule the session at 10 am on Dec 24th (2nd session in December), they can either reschedule it for the same month (Dec) or the next available month which is February.
Should the coachee tries to reschedule this session to January, where 2 sessions have already been scheduled, the coachee will not be able to make that request without changing existing sessions in January, as it will be considered as trying to schedule the 3rd session in January. The coachee will see the following message:

Canceling a session
You can cancel a coaching session up to 24hs before the meeting. Click on the "x" button and leave a message to your coach to provide context about your change of plans.
You and your coach will be notified by email and your calendar invites will be canceled.
