Getting started with AceUp as a coach

An outline of how to complete your onboarding process and get ready for your first coaching engagement.

1. Setting up your account

Once you have gone through the interview process and have been approved, you will receive an email invite to join the AceUp platform where you will be able to connect with your coachees. You will be required to set up a password, add your coaching title, phone number as well as a link to your Linkedin profile.

During this step, you will be also required to accept the Terms and Conditions as well as our Coach Agreement.

2. Complete your profile information

In order to become an active coach ready to be matched with AceUp coachees, we need you to complete your AceUp coach profile and set up your availability in the platform so that coachees can book sessions with you.

After setting up your password you will be requested to complete the following information:

  • Coach profile page: You can simply start by sharing your background and experience, highlighting your Unique Value Proposition as a coach. Our team will review, provide feedback, and approve your profile page after you submit your information. Find out more in this article.
  • Basic information: Add your photo, title, years of relevant work experience, the maximum hours of coaching per month you can offer AceUp coachees, and some background information that will help us set you up for success. Find out more in this article.
  • Calendar availability: Indicate when you are available to meet with coachees, and set up video conferencing details. In this article, you will learn how to create and set your availability.
  • Payment information: Connect your bank account to get paid for your AceUp coaching sessions. Learn more about it in this article.
  • We also require our coaches to please complete a W9 and email a copy to finance@aceup.com and coachoperations@aceup.com.

After you have completed your profile page and account information, the AceUp Coach Success Team will review your account. Once approved, your account will be made live and you will be eligible for coachee matching.

3. Attend our New Coach Onboarding call
